Transfer & Cancellation Policy:
Flexible Transfer – 2 options:
Option 1: Send a suitable replacement to avoid cancellation charges. Email participant details to workshops@mioconsult.com.
• Option 2: Transfer your registration once at no cost if done 3 weeks prior, or to another course within a year.
Cancellation Fees:
• Less than 14 days: Full fee applies.
• 15-30 days prior: 60% of the fee applies.
• More than 30 days: €600 cancellation fee.
• Repeated Postponement: No refund on subsequent cancellations.
Course Cancellation by MIOCONSULT:
• In case of Force Majeure, MIOCONSULT is not liable for travel costs, but registration can be transferred to another course.
